Privacy policy

High Volume Sales (“we”) runs this website to tell brands about our services and to hear from people who want to work with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who else receives it.

What we collect

• What you send us. Our brand form asks for your name, email, brand, website, phone number, and details about your project. Our ambassador application asks for your name, email, phone number, where and when you can work, your experience, and optionally your Instagram handle.
• Page views. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits to each page. It works without cookies and doesn’t identify you.
• Technical logs. Like any website host, our host keeps short-term technical records, such as IP address and browser type, to run and protect the site.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host sets one technical cookie that keeps your visit on a single version of the site while we publish updates. It doesn’t identify you, so there’s nothing to accept or decline.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to you, to plan work with your brand, and to consider ambassador applications. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who else receives it

These companies handle information on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:

• Vercel hosts the site and provides its page-view counts (Vercel privacy policy).
• Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox (Resend privacy policy).
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending a form. It receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details (Cloudflare privacy policy).
• YouTube plays our videos. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may store information on your device (Google privacy policy).

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a “Do Not Track” signal. There’s no agreed standard for responding to it, so the site doesn’t change its behavior when it receives one. We don’t track you across other websites, and we don’t let other companies collect information about your activity here over time, with one exception: if you play a video, YouTube’s player follows Google’s policy.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to reply to you, work with your brand, or consider your application. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Children

This site is for businesses and job applicants. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
